Tal Reback (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2017 and serves as the Global Investment Strategist for the firm’s Credit & Markets business. In this role, she partners with business leaders to drive the platform’s market strategy, investment positioning, and engagement with investors, external stakeholders, and policymakers. She also plays a key role in executing strategic growth initiatives across the platform. Since joining KKR, Ms. Reback has held both investment and strategic leadership roles, including leading the firm’s global LIBOR transition across all asset classes. Ms. Reback served on the Federal Reserve Board and the New York Fed’s Alternative Reference Rates Committee and remains an active member of the LSTA. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Reback was an analyst at Canyon Partners LLC and worked in the restructuring group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Brandeis University.
