Saleena Goel (New York) joined KKR in 2010 and is Global Head of KKR Solutions, an investment team focused on strategic partnerships and other bespoke private market solutions. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Goel founded Goel Capital Partners to advise sovereign wealth funds and other limited and general partners. Ms. Goel spent approximately five years as a senior member of AlpInvest Partners, investing across private equity, venture capital and debt funds where she held over 20 advisory board seats. Prior to this, Ms. Goel was a vice president at Capital Z Investment Partners, where she seeded new private equity managers primarily in the U.S. and Asia. Ms. Goel also invested directly in buyout and venture capital investments at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Atlas Venture, respectively. Ms. Goel holds a Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Michigan where she currently serves on the Investment Advisory Committee for the University’s endowment. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she serves on the HBS Alumni Board.
