Marta Szczerba (London) joined KKR in 2016 and is a member of the Tech Growth team, focusing on growth equity investments in Europe. Ms. Szczerba started her career at KKR in Private Equity. She has been involved in the firm's investments in smaXtec, Qonto, Paddle, Exact, Devoteam, Axel Springer, Upfield, Travelopia and Pets at Home. Prior to joining KKR, she worked at The Hut Group and in the London office of The Boston Consulting Group. Ms. Szczerba holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker and Fulbright Scholar.
