Kristopher Novell (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director. He serves as Head of Portfolio Construction for KKR’s Global Credit & Insurance platforms and is a member of the Global Atlantic Investment Committee and the Asia Tactical Credit Investment Committee. As part of his role, Mr. Novell leads asset allocation investment research for the firm's Global Liquid Multi Asset pools of capital. Mr. Novell is active within the firm’s Asian Pacific Islander employee resource group and is Co-Head of its mentorship program. Prior to joining KKR, he was a vice president at TCW Group, where he was responsible for portfolio analytics and product development. Mr. Novell graduated from Loyola Marymount University, with a BA in Finance and International Business.
