Grant Thomas (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Managing Director, focusing on leveraged credit funds and portfolios. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Thomas was a vice president at Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM). Prior to CSAM, Mr. Thomas was an associate at Credit Suisse in their leveraged finance group, focusing on distressed credit opportunities. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Thomas served six years as an officer in the US Air Force. Mr. Thomas holds a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Management from the United States Air Force Academy. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
