Graham Thomas (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a member of the KKR Capstone team. Mr. Thomas spent three years with the consumer industry team, where he was closely involved in the firm’s investments in Bountiful, Wella, and Neighborly. In 2022, Mr. Thomas transitioned into a role focused on driving employee engagement and effectively implementing broad based ownership programs across the entire KKR portfolio. Mr. Thomas has prior experience in venture capital, global development, and management consulting. He received joint MBA and MPP degrees from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
