Andre Jakubowski (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a Director in the firm's Credit business, where he focuses on distressed private equity, M&A and growth opportunities emerging out of the broader credit strategies. Mr. Jakubowski currently sits on the Board of Directors of several KKR portfolio companies, including Wittur Group, ATX Networks, EmpowerAI, and HM Dunn Aerosystems. He previously served as a board member of Sound United. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Jakubowski was a vice president at Wexford Capital LP, focusing on private equity and distressed private equity opportunities. While at Wexford, Mr. Jakubowski served on the board of directors for several portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Jakubowski was a member of the TMT investment banking group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Jakubowski holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
