Amar Ghai (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is the Head of Digital Value Creation within KKR Capstone. Mr. Ghai partners with Americas Private Equity investment teams, focusing on technology-related investment diligence and portfolio company value creation via digital transformation and technology modernization. He also supports the development and management of KKR's global portfolio technology platform. Previously Mr. Ghai was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in McKinsey's Leap business building and technology practices. Before that, he was a senior vice president at TD Bank leading product and technology for a new business as well as payments capabilities for the bank. Prior to that, Mr. Ghai worked in client services at leading digital agencies SapientNitro and Isobar. Mr. Ghai earned his Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science.
