Amanda Magliaro (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is Head of KKR Structured Capital Markets. She leads a global team responsible for creating and executing structured capital solutions across KKR’s Infrastructure, Real Estate (Equity and Credit), Asset-Based Investments, and select asset-based private equity investments. The team advises on and arranges over $85 billion of debt annually for KKR and third-party companies and sponsors to help achieve their financing objectives. Ms. Magliaro helped build KKR’s Structured Capital Markets platform from its inception and is a member of the Capital Markets Leadership Team. Ms. Magliaro and her team work closely with Global Atlantic Insurance and KKR Credit to structure and deliver insurance-based capital solutions for KKR, its limited partners, and other clients. Prior to KKR, Ms. Magliaro was head of global structured finance distribution at Citigroup and served on the management committee of the global structured finance business. Earlier in her career, she worked at Salomon Brothers. She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Cornell University. From 2021 to 2024, Ms. Magliaro led and helped establish KKR Women, advancing the firm’s efforts to attract, retain, and develop senior female talent. She is also a mentor and sponsor for Student Sponsor Partners and has served on the Board of the Forté Foundation and the President’s Council of Cornell Women.
