Allen Merrill (New York) joined KKR in 2025 and is a Managing Director on the Credit & Markets team. Mr. Merrill is responsible for providing principal investments and capital markets solutions to financial sponsors and other issuers across the capital structure. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Merrill was a senior member of the financial sponsors investment banking team at Morgan Stanley. Previously, Mr. Merrill held a number of positions across financial sponsors investment banking, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He received a B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of San Diego. Mr. Merrill is actively involved in the community and serves a variety of non-profit organizations, including on the Board of Directors for Greenwich Point Conservancy based in Greenwich, Connecticut.
