Alissa Song (New York) joined KKR in 2015 and is a member of the Industrials industry team within the firm’s Americas Private Equity platform. As part of the Industrials team, she focuses on capital goods and equipment, flow control and filtration, and industrial technology. Ms. Song has been actively involved with the firm's investments in Capsugel, CHI Overhead Doors, Hyperion Materials & Technologies, Minnesota Rubber & Plastics, and CIRCOR International. She serves on the Board of Directors for Hyperion Materials & Technologies and CIRCOR International, and was formerly a director of Minnesota Rubber & Plastics from 2018 until the sale of the company to Trelleborg in 2022. Ms. Song holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
