Alisha Peterle (London) joined KKR Capstone in 2023 and is an Operating Partner at KKR. Ms. Peterle partners with management teams and KKR deal teams to deliver value creation within the firm’s private equity portfolio, focusing on large-scale transformations, operational performance improvement and profitable growth. Ms. Peterle has been involved with the firm’s investments in Wella, IFM, Spectris, Finago and smaXtec, among others. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Peterle was a manager at Kearney from 2018 to 2023, advising clients on strategy, transformation and commercial improvement programmes, with a particular focus on the automotive and industrials sectors. Ms. Peterle holds a Master in Management from Vlerick Business School, graduating summa cum laude, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Hohenheim.
