Alicia Guindulain (Madrid) joined KKR in 2020 and is a member of the European Private Equity team, focused on the portfolio management and execution of new investments in Spain. She has been involved in the firm´s investments in GeneraLife, IVI-RMA as well as MasMovil's take private of Euskaltel and merger with Orange Spain. Ms. Guindulain currently serves on the Board of Directors of MasOrange and IVI-RMA. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Guindulain worked on JP Morgan's investment banking team in London. Ms. Guindulain holds an MSc. in Management and International Finance from HEC Paris and an MSc. and BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya.
