We are proud to once again be recognized across asset classes in the annual PEI awards. Raj Agrawal is Infrastructure Investor’s Global Personality of the Year following his appointment as Global Head of Real Assets. KKR earned Fund Manager of the Year in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East & Africa, as well as Transport Investor of the Year in APAC, highlighted by its investment in Queensland Airports, expansion of its India roads platform, and major investments in data centers and energy infrastructure across the Middle East.
In private credit, KKR received PDI’s Global Fundraising of the Year and Americas Asset-Based Finance Lender of the Year awards, with a record $6.5 billion raise for its Asset-Based Finance strategy driving the continued expansion of its $85 billion ABF platform.
In real estate, KKR was named PERE Asia-Pacific’s Office Investor of the Year, recognizing marquee acquisitions in Japan, including Nissan’s Yokohama headquarters and Tokyo’s Shiodome City Center.
